commenting on your poll. In my experience there is a some people who are very welcoming to start with but then they either feel threatened by new people or they are only pretending at the start. Dont get me wrong, some lovely people out there but there is a sect that cant see past there own selves.

Naturally Christchurch is going to be ahead of Wanaka in places to visit, for a start it has an international airport and night life. Apart from the maze there is nothing you cant do in QT that you could do here, plus QT has a great night life. Or maybe the people promoting Wanaka arent doing as good a job as they tell everyone they are.

i honestly think some people park like idiots on purpose in this town. Whether its New World or Mt Iron car parks, there is always someone that demonstrates all that is wrong with peoples parking education.
